On December 7, Zuva Supper Club will transform into a Kashmiri haven, offering a meticulously curated Wazwaan experience. At the helm of this extravagant feast is none other than Grand Master Waza Fayaz Khan, a renowned culinary artist from Srinagar.

The menu pays homage to Kashmir’s famed Muslim culinary heritage, featuring dishes like:

  • Goshtaba: A creamy and rich mutton delicacy.
  • Kabargah: Smoky, flavorful mutton ribs.
  • Martsawangan Korma: A mildly spicy, aromatic mutton curry.
  • Muji Gaad: Tangy fish cooked with radish.
  • Aab Gosh: A hearty milk-based mutton curry.
