Considering the current dip in COVID cases in the capital, Delhi Disaster Management Authority (DDMA) might consider easing the COVID-19 restrictions. The discussion on the same would be held at the review meeting scheduled for 25th February.
Presently, the night curfew has been imposed from 10 PM to 5 AM, restaurants have been allowed to operate at 50% capacity, and the markets are allowed to function between 10 AM and 8 PM. The 25th February meeting might see a lift in the restaurant capacity rule, the night curfew timings and market timings might also see further relief.
On 22nd February, Delhi reported 498 Covid-19 cases at a positivity rate of 0.96 per cent and one death.
