Microsoft’s new office in Noida is inspired by Mughal Architecture and it looks absolutely stunning!
Spreading over 3 floors of a six-storey building in Noida, the new Microsoft office has successfully brought together technological infrastructure with Indian cultural influence. Inspired from the Taj Mahal – yes, the Taj Mahal! The color palette is a much needed breakaway from the dull colors of usual office settings that are a mood-killer.
The marble domes, inlay work on the floor as well as ornate jaali work draws heavily from Mughal architectural styles. The company has also kept in mind a commitment to sustainability and implemented water and energy conservation practices on a structural level.
Applauding the team for its unique design, Riku Pentikainen, Regional Director, Asia Real Estates Operations, Microsoft, said “The team overdid themselves and the newly opened Noida Office is one of the most beautiful Microsoft Workspaces we have designed, to date.”
A video published on Twitter by Microsoft of the new office caught netizens’ attention and went viral.
We’re excited to introduce our latest India Development Center hub in Noida, inspired by the Taj Mahal! Come, take a look.
