The Golden Tusk, a boutique family holiday retreat on the edge of Jim Corbett National Park, has unveiled the expansion of its flagship restaurant, The Golden Forest. The revamped dining space now promises guests not just a meal but an immersive culinary experience rooted in nature and local Kumaoni traditions.
A Forest-Inspired Dining Destination
With panoramic views of Corbett from both its indoor seating and open-air deck, The Golden Forest has been reimagined with an additional 350 sq ft of space, high ceilings, and forest-inspired décor that mirrors the wilderness outside. The design makes dining here more than just about food — it is an atmosphere where cuisine and nature converge.
Local Flavours Meet Global Cuisine
The expanded menu celebrates both international favourites and authentic Kumaoni dishes. Guests can now enjoy live Indian street food counters alongside a dedicated Kumaoni corner serving regional delicacies like Aloo Gutke, Bhatt ki Churkani, Kaapa, Bhang ki Chutney, and Jhangore ki Kheer. This is complemented by multicuisine offerings from Indian, Oriental, and Continental traditions.
