At a glance: At the extreme end of the INA market, there exists a small snack shop that sells a unique dish called ‘Dahi ke Sholay’ with green and red chutney.

The micro view: Owned by Ram Sharan Sharma, the snack shop is named after their popular dish called ‘Dahi ke Sholay’. Running successfully for more than a decade, the shop also sells bread pakoda and moong dal pakoda.

Dahi ke Sholay is a perfect concoction of hung curd, bread slices, salt, pepper, coriander leaves and capsicum that is deep fried and served hot with green and red chutney.
