Running successfully for years, Dadi ki Rasoi serves more than 500 people every day and the variety of food includes dal, black chickpeas, white pea, rice, sabzi, and pickle. On Sundays, they serve khichdi.
The community kitchen has 4 CCTV cameras installed that ensures quality and hygiene. For Khanna, the idea is to provide food to the needy and not to make them feel like beggars. The nominal charge keeps the self-respect of poor people alive.
