The beloved Haryana-origin Tollywood actor Kabir Duhan Singh ties the knot at an intimate wedding function with Seema Chahal on 23 June in Faridabad, Haryana in the presence of family and friends.
The event was graced by the presence of esteemed fraternities from the film and entertainment industry and eminent personalities, including Haryanvi singers MD Desi Rockstar, Ndee Kundu, KD Desi Rock and Raju Punjabi amongst others, who are also Kabir’s close friends and mentors.
Kabir expressed his thanks and gratitude for the love bestowed upon him by his fans and their continued support. He also expressed his happiness to be stepping into a new path in life along with his partner Seema.
Since his Telugu debut film ‘Jil’ in 2015, Kabir has embarked on a remarkable journey and continued to consistently achieve new milestones. He established himself as a versatile actor, predominantly portraying antagonistic roles in Tollywood. He has signed his 60th Malayalam film opposite Tovino Thomas.
Gohana, Sonipat born and brought up Kabir, moved to Mumbai in 2011 and took up modelling as a career. He also took up many Fashion Week assignments and participated in international shows. He trained as a stage actor in order to pursue a career in film and a successful audition landed him at the Radha Krishna Kumar directed- ‘Jil’.
His portrayal in ‘Sardaar Gabbar Singh’ further solidified his position as a prominent figure in the industry. He ventured into Tamil cinema with the movie ‘Vedalam’ in 2015, a revenge drama against Ajith Kumar. Kabir’s exceptional portrayal of the antagonist has received widespread acclaim, catapulting him towards new horizons of success and opening doors to exciting opportunities. He worked simultaneously on several Telugu films, including ‘Dictator’, ‘Saakini Daakini’, ‘Tees Maar Khan’, ‘Saakshyam’, and ‘Supreme’. With each project, Kabir showcased his versatility and commitment to delivering high-quality performances. Kabir was recently seen in a Marathi movie, ‘Phakaat’.
His performances in ‘Kick 2’, ‘Pailwaan’, ‘Action’, ‘Aruvam’, ‘Kanchana 3’ and ‘Udgharsha Movie’ gained a lot of critical and mainstream appraisal all over India. Kabir also played the role of Raavan in the series ‘Ramyug’ directed by Kunal Kohli. He is making his grand entry into Bollywood and will be working with Sanjay Dutt, Sunny Deol and Jackie Shroff.
